Dr. Sylvia Kama-Kieghe – Managing Partner
MBBS; MRCGP; DRCOG; DFSRH; PgD Mental Health Practice
She is an experienced and resourceful Community, Family and Primary Healthcare Physician and General Practitioner with over a decade of work experience in varying fields of medical practice in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. She has proven expertise in the areas of Family and Women’s health, and Mental Health Practice.
She is interested in the improvement of health care delivery in Nigeria and the United Kingdom where she also works as a GP at Bolsover, Derbyshire.
She is interested
in making significant contribution to bridging the gap in provision and
delivery of health care in Nigeria and to promote better wellbeing.
Dr. Obi Emezie – Partner
MBBS; BSc; MRCGP
He is a Community, Family and Primary Healthcare Physician and General Practitioner.
He has over a decade of work experience in varying fields of medical practice in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom.
He has sub-specialties in Internal Medicine and has expertise in Medico-legal reporting.
He also currently works as a GP in Kent, United Kingdom.
Dr. Joan Abohweyere – Partner
MBBS; FWACP; MPH
Dr Abohweyere is a Paediatrician with accreditation in Nigeria and the UK. She has extensive experience in teaching and leading workshops/seminars, having worked as Assistant Health Secretary for the Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria. She was involved as a Faculty member in several National workshops held for Catholic Health workers across Nigeria from 2001 to 2005.
As a physician who has practiced in both Nigeria and the UK, she is intimately aware of the gaps in health care provision that could be improved upon in developing countries learning from the experience of the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK and other developed countries.
Dr Abohweyere is a strong believer in preventive care especially in today’s environment where resources are increasingly limited, shortages of quality clinical care providers & materials, and where there is need for better productive health. Dr Abohweyere is excited to be a part of the SKD Productivity Center team.
